The hotel has a great location, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. The rooms are old and quite small, which isn't great for a business hotel, but they were clean. Service was friendly, although not always helpful. Dining left much to be desired with poor coffee and stale pastries. Overall, it's got some good points, but there's definitely room for improvement.

My stay had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, putting me right in the heart of the city near major attractions. The staff members were friendly and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the rooms were a bit of a letdown; they felt cramped, and the cleanliness was an issue as I found a cockroach upon arrival. The breakfast left much to be desired too, with stale coffee and cold pastries. Overall, while the location and service shine, the room conditions weren't ideal.
